Extremely flexible and reliable car service out of Osaka. I believe they specialize in airport transfers but Ken even organized a transfer from Kyoto to Osaka with sightseeing stops in Nara. The drivers on both our trips were extremely professsional and helpful, particularly the gentleman we had with us in Nara who gave it all to give us a nice experience and even show us around the sights which he did not have to do. Outstanding!

Reliable, professional, and courteous service! Ken is very responsive via WhatsApp (in English). I didn't book a transfer through 3rd parties such as Klook or Viator because communications with the vendor can become challenging, especially if a problem arises (lesson learned on a past trip). Our flight arrived late and there was a long line at immigration so I texted Ken and he promptly responded to let us know our ride was waiting for us. I would definitely use Ken's Osaka Taxi again in the future and will recommend him to my family and friends. Special thanks to Mr. Okumoto for running across the platform to secure 2 luggage carts for us and providing directions to our airline check-in counter for our flight home. Definitely 5 Star service!

The private transfer service offered great value for money. Communication was seamless and efficient, particularly appreciating the use of WhatsApp for coordination—perfect for us since we relied on a data eSIM and had no working phone numbers. We opted for the minivan, which was impeccably clean and comfortable. Our driver, Mr. Kino, was exceptional; he arrived ahead of schedule and patiently waited for us to descend from our accommodations. He also assisted us with our luggage, both loading and unloading it. We wouldn't hesitate to avail ourselves of this service again on our next visit to Osaka.

Ken's Osaka taxi is an excellent service for airport transfers. I used Ken's for getting from Otami to Kyoto. The business is very clear with providing picking instructions, the pricing is fair, and their cars are well maintained. When the date arrived, the car hire service kept in touch with me and the driver was prompt, assisted us with our bags, and drove us to our destination with no issues. It was a perfect ride. I would highly recommend using this business. I've used other taxi services all over the world and Ken's is a first-rate driving business. I would use them again if in Osaka.

Ken-San was very responsive which made it easy to plan and make changes and offered flexibility. Morimoto-San, our driver for 3 days was AWESOME! His English was excellent and went above and beyond just a driver. He was almost like a tour guide and offered great suggestions and was so flexible, kind and patient. Highly recommended and will be using them the next time we visit the Kansai area.

How to Order & Flow of the Day

1, Wait for the driver’s pick up

Please wait until the scheduled time for the driver to arrive.

In the case of hotels, the driver will inform the front desk staff about their arrival.

2, Wait for the driver to load lugguage

The driver will arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Upon arrival, he will load your suitcases and other luggage for you.

You can relax and wait without needing to do anything.

You can leave your luggage with the driver

3, Head to the hotel in other city

Once your luggage is loaded, the driver will depart for the destination. The approximate travel time between Osaka city and other cities is as follows:

Osaka from/to Kyoto: 60-80 minutes
Osaka from/to Nara: 60 minutes
Osaka from/to Kobe: 45 minutes

4, Arrive at hotel

Upon reaching the hotel, the driver will unload the luggage.

Since the payment has been completed in advance, there is no need for any further payment inside the vehicle, allowing for a seamless exit.
