Ken’s Osaka Taxi was amazing! Organizing a pick up with them at Kansai International Airport, from the United States, was very easy. Communication was in fluent English. The driver was everything you could ask for, impeccably polite, and was patiently waiting in the arrivals terminal, despite a delay in us exiting from customs. He also knew we were traveling with two young kids and had small capsule toys waiting for them (along with blankets and bottled water). The drive to Osaka City from KIX was very smooth, and the driver had no problem locating the Airbnb in Namba where we were staying. After 24 hours of traveling this service was exactly what we needed and very worthwhile!

Reliable, professional, and courteous service! Ken is very responsive via WhatsApp (in English). I didn't book a transfer through 3rd parties such as Klook or Viator because communications with the vendor can become challenging, especially if a problem arises (lesson learned on a past trip). Our flight arrived late and there was a long line at immigration so I texted Ken and he promptly responded to let us know our ride was waiting for us. I would definitely use Ken's Osaka Taxi again in the future and will recommend him to my family and friends. Special thanks to Mr. Okumoto for running across the platform to secure 2 luggage carts for us and providing directions to our airline check-in counter for our flight home. We used Ken’s Osaka Taxi service for our transfer from KIX to our hotel in Osaka. The service was excelent. The comunication via WhatsApp made things very easy and smooth. Despite our flight being 30 min late, that was not a problem as I was able to send Ken a message as soon as we landed. The driver was waiting for us at the meeting place and we had a confortable drive into Osaka. After a long overseas plane trip, it is definitively the best way to get to Osaka.
