Highly recommend Ken’s Osaka Taxi service whenever in Osaka. Ken was very prompt and clear on responding to my query for a transfer from our hotel to Kansai airport and the booking process was very easy. Mr. Yasuda took us to the airport in his comfortable Hi-ace van and he is a very friendly gentleman who shares his own travel experiences, making the journey enjoyable. Easy to enquire and confirm date/time with Ken via WhatsApp in English, with a fixed price quote and options of vehicles depending on the size of your travel group. We arrived Japan with 4 check in luggages, and left with 8! The convenience of not needing to lug them around buses / trains to the airport is a no brainer for us. We were a party of 7 and went with the Jumbo 9 seater van direct from Umeda to KIX Airport. Once payment is made, the driver, vehicle and pick up details are provided ahead of time. Highly recommended if you want the convenience and peace of mind of booking your transport to/from KIX airport early. Will use again next time we're in Osaka. Thank you Ken and our driver Mr Tajiri for making the journey effortless.

With his advice we factored more time into the transfer and I'm glad we did because we were tight on time after we had passed security. Reliable, professional, and courteous service! Ken is very responsive via WhatsApp (in English). I didn't book a transfer through 3rd parties such as Klook or Viator because communications with the vendor can become challenging, especially if a problem arises (lesson learned on a past trip). Our flight arrived late and there was a long line at immigration so I texted Ken and he promptly responded to let us know our ride was waiting for us. I would definitely use Ken's Osaka Taxi again in the future and will recommend him to my family and friends. Special thanks to Mr. Okumoto for running across the platform to secure 2 luggage carts for us and providing directions to our airline check-in counter for our flight home. Definitely 5 Star service!

This is an overdue review. We booked Ken's Osaka taxi service on April 4 for our hotel transfer from Zentis Osaka to Kansai International Airport (KIX) airport . The communication through WhatsApp was great from inquiry to the days before the pick up. Ken gave us the best option for the transportation based on the number of passengers + luggage's. I'm so glad we went with the bigger van since we came back with more luggage's due to shopping. Our driver was ON TIME arriving on the stated time on our pick up instruction. He was professionally dressed and carefully arranged our luggage's at the van trunk. He made sure we are all comfortable before our 1 hour drive to the airport. Then transportation itself is very clean and comfortable that my sister fell asleep as soon as we drove out of the hotel parking. Upon arrival to the airport, our driver verified our airline for the drop off and he carefully unloaded our luggage's. Such a great experience! So different from the feeling of being rushed here in the US. Our picked up time was 12: 30pm and Mr. Horie was there on the said arrival time . Because of this service (and not having worry about taking the train to the airport) , we were still able to go to Osaka castle in the morning. Thanks Ken for the smooth hotel to airport transfer! It helped not to feel rushed and stressed out to go the airport with all those luggage's.

Excellent Service from Ken's Osaka Taxi! Our ride from hotel to Kansai International Airport was smooth and so comfortable. Luggage was placed in our Toyota Alphard even before we reached the lobby. Communication was not a problem through Whatsapp. Thank you Ken! We will be back to Osaka again!

When travelling with a lot of luggage, this is a great alternative to the train (and regular street taxi service) in Osaka. They have a variety of different sized vehicles you can choose from. We had 4 large suitcases, 3 large duffle bags, and 3 passengers, and going to the airport with that much stuff via the train would have been very cumbersome so we decided to travel more comfortably via Ken's Osaka Taxi. The ride was very comfortable, the vehicle was very clean (almost as if it was a new vehicle), and the driver was very professional and polite. We used Whatsapp to contact their customer service to make a reservation (you can find their WhatsApp contact on their website) -- they are proficient in English. The customer service was fast; within 30 mins I was able to get a reply, make a reservation, and pay. I highly recommend Ken's Osaka Taxi the next time you need taxi service in Osaka.

How to Order & Flow of the Day

1, Wait for the driver’s pick up

Please wait until the scheduled time for the driver to arrive.

In the case of hotels, the driver will inform the front desk staff about their arrival.

2, Wait for the driver to load lugguage

The driver will arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Upon arrival, he will load your suitcases and other luggage for you.

You can relax and wait without needing to do anything.

You can leave your luggage with the driver

3, Head to the Kansai Airport (KIX)

Once your luggage is loaded, the driver will depart for Kansai Airport. The approximate travel time from hotels in each city to Kansai Airport is as follows:

From Osaka city: 60 minutes
From Nara city: 70 minutes
From Kobe city: 70 minutes
From Kyoto city: 90 minutes

Upon reaching Kansai International Airport departure floor, the driver will unload the luggage.
