Vehicles and drivers
All our vehicles are licensed for private hire and fully insured. Our drivers are licensed professional drivers based in the Kansai region.

English
Most of our drivers can handle simple English during the trip, and use a translation app when something needs more detail. If anything is unclear, our support team answers you in English on WhatsApp in real time while you are on the road. If you would prefer a driver who speaks English fluently, please add the English-speaking driver option.

Sightseeing
Your driver takes you between the places on your itinerary, parks and waits for you. Drivers do not enter sightseeing spots with you or act as a guide. If you would like someone with you at each place, please add an English-speaking guide.

What the price includes
Expressway tolls, parking, fuel and the dispatch charge are all included. Not included: admission fees, meals and other personal expenses. A late-night or early-morning surcharge may apply depending on your pick-up time.

Payment
Once we have confirmed availability, we send you a secure payment link. Payment is by credit card, online and in advance. We cannot accept cash on the day.

Cancellation
Free of charge if you cancel 8 days or more before your service date. The 4% payment processing fee is not refunded. See our full cancellation policy →
