All our services utilize online pre-payment. The applicant is requested to make the payment at the time of application, so the service user does not need to make any payment at the time of service utilization.

You might be concerned about the safe departure of your family members, colleagues, or superiors from the airport, but rest assured. We have equipped all our vehicles with WiFi service, allowing the service user to stay in touch with you through chat or call.
4,Completion Report Message
The service user may not be able to contact you immediately upon arrival due to being busy. However, after the completion of the transfer, we will send you a message to report the successful completion of the transfer. This way, you will be informed that the service user has safely arrived at his/her destination.

If the applicant and the service user are different individuals, it is necessary for the service user to create a WhatsApp account in advance and establish communication with us. This ensures that the driver and the service user can coordinate and meet at the airport. Rest assured, we have never encountered a situation where the driver and the service user were unable to meet at the airport using this method.
How can I know if the service user has safely arrived at their destination?
After the completion of the service, we notify the applicant via WhatsApp or email to inform them that the service user has been safely transported to their destination. We encourage you to use our services for arranging transfers for your important family members, superiors, or bosses.
