We had a wonderful experience with Osaka Ken’s taxi service and would highly recommend them. We needed transportation after being dropped off at Kansai Airport at the end of our cruise, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Making the reservation was very easy, and we especially appreciated how flexible they were in arranging a convenient pickup location for us. Our driver arrived right on time and could not have been more helpful. We were traveling with quite a bit of heavy luggage and camera equipment, and he assisted us with everything without hesitation. He was courteous, professional, and clearly took pride in providing excellent service. The vehicle was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. After a long journey, having such a reliable and pleasant transfer was greatly appreciated. Osaka Ken’s made what could have been a stressful travel day very easy for us. Ken's was perfect for us. I wanted to be sure we had transportation between Itami Airport and Kyoto and I was able to book with Ken's in advance, getting a prompt confirmation through Whatsapp. When we got moved to a new flight at the last minute, I was able to let them know through Whatsapp and our driver was waiting on us at the new time. We had a great experience with Kens Osaka Taxi, from first info gathering and counsel to registration and then ride. Had a great experience with this company and the driver. Very professional staff to communicate with, comfortable seating in the luxury van and a punctual/kind driver. So this review is 2 years late (sorry I thought I left one). I want to say i highly recommend them.  I booked them to take us from Itami airport to our USJ hotel.  So, September 2024 I used them for what was suppose to be a pick up from Itami airport but our fly got delayed multiple times and we missed the last plane heading to Osaka. I kept them in the loop the whole day. I contacted them saying to get to Osaka we are now having to take the shinkansen there. They were so nice and switched gears and met up with us at the train station. They were complete lifesavers and so understanding. Our communication were through What's App and their responses back were quick and professional. They definitely go above and beyond, and again I am grateful. Anytime I need transportation around the Osaka Kyoto area I will definitely be contacting them. They are worth it!! Contact them now!! haha! I cannot explain just how convenient and smooth this was. There were 6 of us including two children and one elderly person with physical limitations. The driver met us and the company kept in contact with photos and a map of where the pickup was located. The van was clean, and the ride was very smooth. KenOsaka car service was the right choice to have made to connect our journey from Hiroshima to Osaka, by bullet train and then Ken Osaka transfer to our temple stay in Koyasan. Our driver met us right outside of our bullet train car. We then booked the car service to pick us up and deliver us back to Osaka to return to Tokyo. Excellent airport transfer service We used Ken’s Osaka Taxi for our airport pick‑up in Osaka, and the experience was excellent. Our driver, Mr Yasuda, was extremely courteous and helpful, especially with luggage loading and unloading, which made the arrival very smooth after a long journey. We had an unexpected change in schedule due to a missed connecting flight, and the taxi company was very accommodating. Their communication in English was clear, and they were prompt and responsive on WhatsApp, which was very reassuring during a stressful situation. Highly recommend this tour company for a sight seeing tour around Osaka / Kyoto. I was able to arrange a full day tour with less than 24 hours notice. Pick up from our hotel at 9am and back at 6pm for a reasonable price in a luxury van. Driver was very friendly and accommodating to our needs and explained the best places to walk to maximise our experience. No language stress as the English was perfect.I personally think it’s best to book directly with  a company rather than deal with a third-party, especially if there are any issues. It’s very reassuring to get updates when you are traveling to be reassured that your ride will be there when you need it. We were staying in a more remote area, a temple in Koyasan. The only other option out required numerous transfers, which seemed overwhelming with luggage, especially  during Golden week. This ride was worth every penny I would highly recommend the service! Very good service. Arrived on time and got us to our location in style. The drivers were very accomodating for a large group with lots of luggage. We booked two large vans with short notice and they were very helpful. Great way to get from Kyoto to Osaka in less than an hour, hotel to hotel with no hassle. Unmatched service. Our driver met us in the hotel lobby and because there was no parking nearby, he took the time to bring all our bags to where he had parked, then he drove back to pick us up. We had also requested a rear-facing child set and the driver was familiar with its usage and adjustments. After a smooth and swift ride to Osaka airport (KIX), he brought us to the closest door for our airline and grabbed a porter cart from inside before stacking our bags for us. Finally, and this was so kind, he gave us a small toy for our child. Absolutely amazing service that was far more than we’d expected. I can’t recommend Ken’s enough. For the transfer between airport in Osaka and hotel in Kyoto and back, I put my trust in Kens Osaka Taxi. And it was a perfect experience. Starting with swift and easy communication, the customer service was outstanding. The Pick-Up aut the locations went smoothly, given the clear instructions about meetingpoints. The drive was a pleasent journey, giving a opportunity to enjoy the cityviews. Yes, I admit: There are cheaper options around for the airport transfer. Public Transport in Japan is in general quite amazing. However, I wanted to avoid being a nuisance with my lager luggage for the people in Public Transport. My wife and I used Kens Osaka for the first time in December 2025. When I booked I made an error which together with Kens staff we corrected easily and without fuss. Our pick up was the same. We received precise instructions on where to go when we cleared customs. Our plane was early, something which rarely happens, but when we went in to the terminal Kens man was waiting for us. I can recommend without hesitation Ken's Osaka Taxi for all your travel and transportation requirements. Ken and his staff (including drivers and those in the office with the challenging task of replying to my questions and requests) were the most capable, skilled, professional, human and at times even endearing people I have had the privilege to communicate with in forty years of global travel. When I needed to coordinate the timing of business or social events in different cities, Ken or his staff quickly did the research I wasn't able to and put together itineraries that worked perfectly. The drivers and vehicles were, as expected, absolutely perfect. His rates were more than comparable with the larger companies and the service so much better than the, shall we say 'snobbish?' businesses that you may see listed first.
