From the first inquiry and the quick response I knew this would be a great company to do business with! I put together a day plan for an excursion to Nara (leaving Osaka port terminal) and it was quickly reviewed with some suggestions to make the day time efficient and a great suggestion for a lunch spot. We got a picture of where the driver would be waiting for us, he was pleasant and we communicated without problems, he drove us to all the different places I had selected, we had a great visit and were back on the ship tired after a long day but very happy that we were able to do this by ourselves at our own pace without being rushed in a bus. Ken-San was very responsive which made it easy to plan and make changes and offered flexibility. Morimoto-San, our driver for 3 days was AWESOME! His English was excellent and went above and beyond just a driver. He was almost like a tour guide and offered great suggestions and was so flexible, kind and patient. Highly recommended and will be using them the next time we visit the Kansai area.

As the tour ends at the scheduled time, some stops may need to be shortened or adjusted depending on traffic and crowd conditions.

Can we customize the itinerary?

As this is a private charter, you can choose the places you would like to visit.
Please let us know your preferred spots in advance so we can check if they fit within the booked duration.
You may also skip or add stops during the tour by telling the driver directly, as long as the tour stays within the booked time.

What if our trip takes longer than the booked time?

Overtime charges will apply based on the vehicle type. Overtime fee per 30 min is as below. If you would like to extend your tour, please contact our customer support to check availability.

Can we start earlier or later?

Yes. As this is a customizable private charter, you are free to choose your preferred start time.  Please let us know your desired schedule, and we will check availability accordingly.

Are entrance fees included?

Entrance fees, meals, and personal expenses are not included in the charter fee.  This allows you the flexibility to choose the attractions and experiences that suit your preferences.
