We had a wonderful trip to Kyoto today with Mr. Morimoto. We thought he was professional and pleasant. He even brought us treats when he picked us.

Our trip was a bit unusual. We were picked up in Osaka early in the morning  and driven to a trailhead north of Kyoto. After a day of hiking and making our way to the Fushimi-Inari-taisha, we were picked late in the afternoon and taken back to Osaka. It worked well. Having a driver made our day so much easier than timing the trains and buses ourselves.

We will definitely recommend your company to others.

We had an excellent transfer with Mr Kusakabe into the mountains of Koyasan from Kyoto.
He was early which suited us just fine. From initial booking online, messages in English on WhatsApp and confirmation of an easily  accessible pick up (our hotel was pedestrians only), the whole process booking through Ken’s was so simple. The price was also very reasonable with a spotless car and excellent driver!

I would highly recommend Kan’s Osaka Taxi! We used their services during our family trip to Japan (2 adults and 2 children), traveling from Osaka to Kyoto with a half-day sightseeing stop at Minoo Falls and Katsuo-ji Temple.

From the very beginning, communication was easy and pleasant. They responded quickly, were very helpful and accommodating, offered us a very fair price, and were happy to adjust the itinerary according to our requests.

Our driver was waiting outside our hotel exactly at the agreed time. The taxi was new, spotless, and very comfortable for our whole family, with plenty of room for all our luggage.

The driver was wonderful throughout the day. He explained where to go when we arrived at Minoo Falls, and at Katsuo-ji Temple he accompanied us during our visit and was incredibly kind and helpful. He even stood in the long lines for us (!) to get our postcards stamped and to buy some small figurines.

Overall, we had an excellent experience and felt very well taken care of throughout the entire journey. I would definitely recommend Kan’s Osaka Taxi to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and stress-free private transfer or sightseeing experience in the Osaka–Kyoto area.

I highly recommend Ken’s taxi.  They communicate clearly on your itinerary, were punctual and the drivers were friendly.  And the vehicle was clean and nice.  Our itinerary was going from our ship in Osaka to the The Osamu Tezuka Manga Museum.  They picked us up in the terminal. And we had a smooth 1 hour ride.  To our surprise we had finished the museum earlier than expected and I contacted them to see if we could get picked up earlier.  Wow not a problem. So we altered our itinerary even more and since we had so much extra time we went back to Osaka and had them drop us off at a street market.
From there we just arranged our own way back to our ship because we didn’t know how long we would be shopping.

I can’t say enough about how friendly, accommodating and punctual Ken’s taxi was.  It was a top notch service and I highly recommend them for anyone traveling to Japan. If I was to travel to Japan again I would use them for everything.

We had an amazing experience with Ken’s Osaka Taxi. We had travelled to Osaka from the UK with our 10-month-old baby, and used their service to take us to Kyoto. It was essential after such a long trip, and with a baby, that we had a reliable car and driver waiting for us, equipped with a car seat. The company was in contact on WhatsApp before we even left the UK, and the driver was exactly where we were told he was going to be. He was incredibly polite, kind and helpful. and our trip to our accommodation in Kyoto could not have been an easier or more comfortable experience. They are a bit more expensive than I have ever spent on a car service; however, with the baby and our luggage, and taking into account the duration of our journey, it was well worth the cost. We used Ken's Osaka Taxi twice during our stay in Osaka: first for the airport-to-hotel transfer, and later for the ride from Osaka to Kyoto. Both times, everything was excellent.
We booked several months in advance and never felt forgotten. Every message and instruction arrived at the right time, and communication was always clear.
Our driver was exactly on time both days, professional and friendly, and the car was spotless inside and out.
We have nothing to complain about. The company worked flawlessly, just like a Japanese watch, a Japanese camera, or a Japanese car... Oh right, it's a Japanese company too. 🙂

Ken’s Taxi took such great care of us! We recently booked them to transfer 6 seniors from the Osaka Cruise Port to Kyoto/Gion where we self toured for the day. At the end of the day they picked us up for our return trip. The communication was excellent, the driver was very good and the van was comfortable. We had to change our pickup time to an hour earlier and they were able to accommodate that request with very short notice. We appreciated that so much because it was a long day full of walking and some of our group were exhausted. I would highly recommend Ken’s taxi. We had a wonderful experience with Osaka Ken’s taxi service and would highly recommend them.

We needed transportation after being dropped off at Kansai Airport at the end of our cruise, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Making the reservation was very easy, and we especially appreciated how flexible they were in arranging a convenient pickup location for us.

Our driver arrived right on time and could not have been more helpful. We were traveling with quite a bit of heavy luggage and camera equipment, and he assisted us with everything without hesitation. He was courteous, professional, and clearly took pride in providing excellent service.

The vehicle was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. After a long journey, having such a reliable and pleasant transfer was greatly appreciated.

Ken's was perfect for us. I wanted to be sure we had transportation between Itami Airport and Kyoto and I was able to book with Ken's in advance, getting a prompt confirmation through Whatsapp. When we got moved to a new flight at the last minute, I was able to let them know through Whatsapp and our driver was waiting on us at the new time. So this review is 2 years late (sorry I thought I left one). I want to say i highly recommend them.  I booked them to take us from Itami airport to our USJ hotel.  So, September 2024 I used them for what was suppose to be a pick up from Itami airport but our fly got delayed multiple times and we missed the last plane heading to Osaka. I kept them in the loop the whole day. I contacted them saying to get to Osaka we are now having to take the shinkansen there. They were so nice and switched gears and met up with us at the train station. They were complete lifesavers and so understanding. Our communication were through What's App and their responses back were quick and professional. They definitely go above and beyond, and again I am grateful. Anytime I need transportation around the Osaka Kyoto area I will definitely be contacting them. They are worth it!! Contact them now!! haha! I cannot explain just how convenient and smooth this was. There were 6 of us including two children and one elderly person with physical limitations. The driver met us and the company kept in contact with photos and a map of where the pickup was located.

KenOsaka car service was the right choice to have made to connect our journey from Hiroshima to Osaka, by bullet train and then Ken Osaka transfer to our temple stay in Koyasan. Our driver met us right outside of our bullet train car. We then booked the car service to pick us up and deliver us back to Osaka to return to Tokyo. Excellent airport transfer service
We used Ken’s Osaka Taxi for our airport pick‑up in Osaka, and the experience was excellent. Our driver, Mr Yasuda, was extremely courteous and helpful, especially with luggage loading and unloading, which made the arrival very smooth after a long journey.

Highly recommend this tour company for a sight seeing tour around Osaka / Kyoto. I was able to arrange a full day tour with less than 24 hours notice. Pick up from our hotel at 9am and back at 6pm for a reasonable price in a luxury van. Driver was very friendly and accommodating to our needs and explained the best places to walk to maximise our experience. No language stress as the English was perfect.I personally think it’s best to book directly with  a company rather than deal with a third-party, especially if there are any issues. It’s very reassuring to get updates when you are traveling to be reassured that your ride will be there when you need it. We were staying in a more remote area, a temple in Koyasan. The only other option out required numerous transfers, which seemed overwhelming with luggage, especially  during Golden week. This ride was worth every penny I would highly recommend the service!
