Standard Meetup vs. Premium Meetup comparison
We offer two methods for meeting: Standard Meetup and Premium Meetup.
The differences are outlined in the table below.
With the Standard Meetup service, you don’t need to do anything after arriving at the airport, but there is a possibility that waiting fees will be charged or the driver might not be waiting for you in case of unexpected events.
On the other hand, with the premium meetup service, by submitting two forms, you can avoid waiting fees and the risk of the driver not waiting for you.

Driver Waiting Completely Free
Normally, a waiting fee is charged after 60 minutes from the meeting time. However, with our premium meetup service, you will not be charged any waiting fees regardless of the waiting time.
You can go through immigration procedures without worrying about waiting charges.
Driver Never Leaves Airport Guaranteed
Usually, in many pickup services, if you don’t arrive at the meeting place within 90-120 minutes from the scheduled time, it is considered a cancellation and the driver leaves the airport.
But with our premium meetup service, our driver never leave airport without meeting you. You can have peace of mind knowing that the driver will be there for you.

Our premium meetup service is completely free of charge, and all you need to do is submit two forms after arriving at Kansai airport (or Itami Airport). Each form is very simple and takes just 30 seconds to complete.

How to apply for the service
So, how do you apply?
When applying for our airport pickup service, there is an option called “How to meet the driver.” You can choose either Standard Meetup or Premium Meetup. Please select Premium Meetup at that time.
Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will send you an email with the URLs of the two forms. Follow the above steps and submit the forms after you arrive in Japan.
