2, Pay online with credit card

Please proceed payment by credit card after entering booking info. The person who pays doesn't have to be same as the one who actually take the transfer service.

3, Receive notification for availability

We will send you a message depending on the availability (either “reserve confirmed” or “reserve unavailable”).
If we could not schedule you a vehicle or a driver, we will issue a full refund.

4, Receive confirmation of reservation

We will make and send you a confirmation of reservation via email with details such as the driver’s name, vehicle information and pick up location.

5, Pick up by the driver

On the day, the driver will be picking you up. Please enjoy your comfortable journey to the destination. You do not need to pay since all payments are done in advance.

6, Receive Invoice

Within 24 hours of the completion of the transfer, we will send out an invoice. The service is completed upon sending of the email.

It is a price that includes all the costs needed for the private transfer service including highway tolls, parking fee, tax, etc.

No other fees are added onto the shown price unless you add optional services.

If I was tested positive for the PCR test, do I have to pay the cancellation fee?

No, since it is not a cancellation due to your fault.
We also can reschedule the pickup date and time for free, so please feel free to ask.

When should I book your private transfer service?

Please book your service 24 hours prior to your arriving date and time.

We may be unable to schedule a vehicle if the reservation is placed later than that, so please contact us via phone for the availability.

Can you issue an invoice?

Yes, and it is free of charge. Here is the example of the invoices we issue. You can add them as an option when booking our service.
